Raffles Hotel
The Raffles Hotel (well-known worldwide chain of the hotel) was started in Sept 2008 and completed by Dec 2010. The resort nestles on the hillside of Anse Boudin overlooking the magnificent Curiese Marine Park. The Project consisted of diversion of the 1 ½ Km existing coastal road to go around the resort complex, 90 luxury hotel Villas, 22 residential villas, backed by associated facilities, like restaurants, bars, swimming pools, spa, gym, water sports and back of house facilities. We also undertook all the necessary infrastructure works consisting of Roads, buggy paths, water & sewage networks, Desalination plant, Sewage treatment plant, and power generators. The project was completed ahead of schedule and is now one of the foremost 5-star resorts in Seychelles.
Coral Strand
The rebuilding of main and satellite kitchens, dining halls, terraces, together with plumbing, drainage, electrical and associated external works.The extension on the existing terrace to make “Silhouette Lounge” with its own bar. The decorative roof and the exposed ceiling is the main feature.
Fishermans Cove
The top class hotel had an addition of 12 luxury suites whilst retaining its original character of thatched roofing. New sewage treatment system and 3 new tennis courts.
The Plantation Club Hotel
This sprawling complex in more than100 acres of land is the biggest hotel in Seychelles. Large and spacious public areas in a mixture of eastern and western decor with a local touch. A large mural and water cascade adds to the pleasant surroundings.
All 208 rooms are size of suites and set in a pattern to maintain privacy. The granite walls blend the structure with the surrounding environment. The large pool with its sun deck is quite popular with tourists as well as local. The pool bar compliments with exotic drinks and light refreshments.
The Equator Hotel
The Hotel is virtually sunk into solid granite glacis to satisfy the planning authority requirements. Careful blasting of more than 6000 cubic metre of rock was a special challenge. The original concept of a self catering complex got extended and changed to a full hotel with a beautiful restaurant overlooking the sea waves. 26 suites, a modern tennis court, swimming pool and its water features have added further value to the hotel complex.
Zil Pasyon
Spectacular tourist resort built on the granitic outcrop of the stunning Felicite Island, which is a one of the most scenic of the inner Islands of the Seychelles group. The project consists of a Hotel built around the coast, the lower slopes and a limited number of exclusive villas on the hilltop having panaromic view of the adjoining islands. Access to the hotel by sea is via a 50 meter jetty and by helicopter to any of the 3 helipad on the Island.
Round Island Praslin
Excellent Euro-Creole fusion hotel built in 2006 with restaurant and Four villas (three Ocean View and one Master).The Master Villa, a 300sqm Creole-style house set in its own private gardens, with three airy en-suite rooms, a huge open-air terrace, and its own pool. The most challenging job was to build Jetty in a very shallow reef. Also to lay 3.5 km long submarine cable and water supply pipe.
Le Duc de Praslin Hotel
Construction With 28 rooms and 7 suites, Le Duc de Praslin Hotel is the most attractive 4-star hotels facilities on Praslin Island. Situated right by the Cote d’Or Beach is the perfect small Seychelles hotel built in 2008 with its own swimming pool, Jacuzzi, two of the best restaurants in Praslin. Le Duc de Praslin hotel has a superb garden, recognized as the nicest on the Island. Also has two fish pond and various artificial waterfalls. A bar/lounge and a poolside bar were also constructed together with an outdoor pool and a spa tub.
